Upon entering the property you will head straight into large hallway with a staircase leading to the upper floor. Two bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, one super-king size (can be made up as a twin upon request) with an en-suite bathroom as well as spacious built in wardrobes, and a single room with an additional pull out single bed. Continue along the hallway and you’ll find a large bathroom which focusses on the raised area containing a luxurious freestanding bath. It also has a WC and washer/dryer facilities.
Moving up to the first floor and the top of the stairs which lead into a fabulous lounge packed full of features, including exposed beams and brickwork, as well as two generous skylights which let plenty of natural light flood into the room. The lounge area has an ample amount of comfortable seating, along with a TV and DVD player. Heading through the archway and you will come to the kitchen/diner where you’ll find a good size farmhouse dining table ideal of serving up delicious meals. The kitchen has plenty of features, including a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
There is also a great outside space too, with a small seating area through the French doors off the hall and with off-road parking space for one car in front of the property.
