Birmingham's airport connects you to Nottingham from over 150 worldwide destinations with international arrivals from USA, Canada, UAE and China.
Trains run regularly between Birmingham International and Nottingham Station, and are as quick as 1hr 30 minutes, a car journey only 1hr.

Trains run regularly between the airport and Nottingham taking just over 2hrs, and a car journey is also approximately 2hrs.

Eurostar trains from Paris, Brussels and Lille operate directly in to London St Pancras International which means it has never been easier to visit Nottinghamshire by train from mainline Europe.
You can easily connect to high speed trains to Nottingham and surrounding towns from St Pancras or King’s Cross station both within a few minutes’ walk from Eurostar arrivals.
If you are travelling to the UK from overseas and planning on making several long distance journeys you may want to consider a Britrail pass. Tickets can be purchased up to 6 months before departure. Britrail passes must be purchased in advance and cannot be bought in the UK.
