Bridleways Guest House

About

Bridleways is an award-winning guest house located on a peaceful bridle path nestled between the village of Clipstone, Sherwood Pines, and Sherwood Forest. It is just minutes away from Mansfield town, Edwinstowe, and Ollerton, offering easy access to the picturesque forests and local attractions of Nottinghamshire, as well as the stunning Peak District National Park.

Set within 3 acres of gardens on the edge of Vicar Water Country Park, Bridleways provides a serene and tranquil environment. Whether visiting for business or leisure, and whether as a solo traveller, couple, or family, the modern, well-appointed accommodation options ensure a wonderful experience.

The guest house prides itself on exceptional and dedicated service, and looks forward to welcoming guests soon. The nine ensuite guesthouse rooms are beautifully finished to a very high standard, consistently praised for their cleanliness and modern conveniences. Many guests appreciate the comfortable accommodations and fast Wi-Fi.

The building’s centre originally comprised two late 18th-century farm cottages, which now house five first-floor single rooms and the ground-floor breakfast room. The west wing was added in 2005, providing four spacious deluxe king rooms, available for double, twin, and family occupancy. Two of these rooms are located on the ground floor, with one featuring a walk-in wet room bathroom designed for guests with restricted mobility and wheelchair users.

All rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, smart TVs, desks and chairs, tea and coffee making facilities, fridges with complimentary water, hairdryers, and, in the deluxe rooms, either a settee or recliner chairs for added comfort. High-quality toiletries, eye masks, ear plugs, shower caps, fluffy towels, and exceptionally comfortable beds are also provided.

Bridleways is a no-smoking property, and pets are not permitted in the guest house. A freshly cooked breakfast is served in the boutique-style breakfast room.
