The collaborative effort of the D.H. Lawrence Birthplace Museum, Broxtowe Borough Council, the D.H. Lawrence Society, Haggs Farm Preservation Society, and Ben Mark Smith of the D.H. Lawrence Music Festival will bring this dynamic event to life.

2. Nottingham Playhouse Open Day

3. Vat & Giggle Comedy Night

Indulge in a night of side splitting laughter at the Vat & Fiddle's - Vat & Giggle Comedy Night. A fantastic opportunity to unwind with great beers and ales at an excellent Castle Rock pub, enjoying the talents of five brilliant acts in great vibrant atmosphere.

Hosted by Alex Hyton, a winner of Leicester Comedy Festival's Best Show in 2020, the lineup boasts stellar names such as Michael Akadiri, recipient of numerous awards and a distinctive voice in the comedy circuit. 4. Outdoor Theatre at Creswell Crags - The Secret Garden

5. Wonderland Woodland Walk

Saturday 2 September 2023 | Sherwood Pines Campsite | Tickets - Free for all chidren staying on site - Non Campers £5 admission

Embark on a whimsical journey through Sherwood forest with the Wonderland Woodland Walk. Hosted by Fancy Entertainment, the magical adventure features the iconic characters of Alice in Wonderland and her friends, inviting you to join their enchanting escapade.

The walkabout begins at 11am and 1pm, offering two sessions of delightful exploration. Bring your picnic and venture through the forest alongside Alice and her companions, but beware of rabbit holes! This enchanting experience concludes with a Mad Hatters picnic, where you can bask in the magic of the moment and share the joy with your friends and family.

The Wonderland Woodland Walk is open to both campers and non-campers, with a £5 visitors fee for non-campers (up to 6 people). Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult as you journey into the fantastical realm of Wonderland.
