Join us at Burton Joyce Village Hall to hear why jazz trumpeter & vocalist Chet Baker was dubbed the "Prince of Cool"

A Sketch of Chet is homage to a legend, brought to life by musicians who truly understand the art of cool. A lyrical trumpeter and sultry vocalist, Chet Baker was a mesmerising musician known as the "Prince of Cool" for his innovations in 'cool jazz'.

Unlike our previous Village Jazz events, there's no food being served, but please feel free to bring your own snacks, drinks and glasses as there is not a bar at this venue.

Line-up: Simon Paterson vocals & bass, Thom Whitworth trumpet, Paul Deets piano and Stevie Smith drums
