• This competition runs from Thursday 24th April 2025 to midnight on Sunday 25^th May 2025.
• The winner will be contacted on or after Monday 26^th May 2025. The winner will be contacted directly via email or telephone by Visit Nottinghamshire. 
• Prize must be claimed within 48 hours of being contacted, or will be deemed unclaimed. An unclaimed prize will be returned to the event organiser, and another winner will be drawn.
• One entry per person.
• You must be able to take the prize on Saturday 12^th July 2025.
• The winner will be chosen at random.
• The winners contact details will be shared with Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, Leonardo Hotel Nottingham and Alchemist Nottingham to arrange receipt of the prize as the involved venues will require access to these contact details to confirm further arrangements.
