About

Notts LGBT+ Network has been proudly supporting Nottinghamshire’s LGBTQ+ community since 1975.

Fully staffed by trained volunteers, the registered charity offers Information and support on sexuality, gender identity, sexual health, legal issues, social groups / events and more.

Over the last 50 years, the Network has helped over 100,000 people and partnered with more than 100 groups and organisations across Nottinghamshire to raise awareness of LGBTQ+ issues and provide training.

In 2023, Notts LGBT+ Network received the prestigious King’s Award for Voluntary Service. Equivalent to an MBE, it is the highest award a local voluntary group can receive in the UK, recognising every single person who has volunteered for the Network since 1975.
