Born from a road trip across America’s Southern States, Hickory’s team learnt all things smokin’ from the best pitmasters across the region. Their menu is bursting with smokehouse classics and barbecue favourites, complemented by a team of passionate pitmasters, brilliant bartenders, and sensational servers – all dedicated to delivering that warm Southern hospitality.
Let’s Brunch
Start the day the Hickory’s way! Whether a guest is craving a stack of fluffy Homemade Pancakes or daring to conquer the Ultimate XXL Muffin, Hickory’s has it covered. Why not wash it all down with a bottomless ‘Cup Of Joe’ for just £2.50 – the perfect caffeine kick.
Available every day until 2pm.
A Taste Of The South
For the ultimate authentic feast, diners can tuck into Hickory’s Smokehouse selection, cooked low and slow to perfection. From the 16-hour smoked Texas Style Brisket to the Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs, or even The Smokehouse Platter – the ultimate choice for any BBQ lover! For those not in the mood for smoked dishes, they can try one of the mouthwatering Mac ‘n’ Cheese dishes, Chicken Fried Waffle, or, if a burger is more their vibe, the Go Big Or Go Home burger is the one to choose.
Appetisers and desserts aren’t to be skipped either, so guests should be sure to leave room! From Corn Dogs and Frickles to a Cookie Sandwich and Table Toasted Campfire Marshmallow, a perfect feast awaits.
Sub ‘n’ Soda
Looking for a quick lunch? The Sub ‘n’ Soda deal is ideal. Guests can enjoy a Smoked Chicken Club, zesty Shrimp Po’Boy, classic Chopped Beef Philly Cheese, or one of the classic Beef or Chicken Burgers, paired with a homemade soda for just £11.99!
Available Monday – Friday until 2pm.

For those looking to welcome in the weekend with the sounds of the south and a cocktail in hand, the Thank Hick’s It’s Friday deal is the one. Guests can enjoy 2 for 1 on shakin’ cocktails from 4pm – 9pm every week.
For the Young ‘Uns
Hickory’s kid’s menu has been specially created with a team of Mums, Dads, and kids, ensuring it contains just the right balance of treats, healthy options, and fun. The menu is packed with dishes and drinks for smaller appetites, from classic mac ‘n’ cheese to burgers and popcorn chicken bites, plus smaller versions of all the shakes. The cinema room and fro-co station are on hand to keep the little ones entertained too.
All the little ones need to do is decide what they’re having, then kick back, relax, and let the team look after them.
Hickory’s can’t wait to welcome everyone!
