Hickory's Smokehouse Gamston

About

Born from a road trip across America’s Southern States, the team learned all things smokin’ from the best pitmasters in the region. From a menu packed with smokehouse classics and barbecue favorites to a team of passionate pitmasters, brilliant bartenders, and sensational servers – they are all about delivering warm Southern hospitality.

Let's Brunch
Start the day the Hickory’s way! Whether someone craves a stack of fluffy Homemade Pancakes or dares to conquer the Ultimate XXL Muffin – they've got it covered! Why not wash it all down with a bottomless ‘Cup Of Joe’ for just £2.50 – the perfect caffeine kick.
Available every day until 2pm.

A Taste Of The South
For the ultimate authentic feast, dive into the Smokehouse selection, cooked low 'n' slow to perfection. From the 16-hour smoked Texas Style Brisket to the Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs, or take on The Smokehouse Platter – the ultimate choice for any BBQ lover! For those who prefer non-smoked options, the menu also features mouthwatering Mac 'n' Cheese dishes, Chicken Fried Waffle, or the Go Big Or Go Home burger for those who prefer a hearty bite.

Appetizers and desserts shouldn’t be skipped, so be sure to leave room! From Corn Dogs and Frickles to a Cookie Sandwich and Table Toasted Campfire Marshmallow, the perfect feast awaits.

Sub ‘n’ Soda
Looking for a quick lunch? Try the Sub ‘n’ Soda deal! Choose from the Smoked Chicken Club, zesty Shrimp Po’Boy, classic Pastrami & Pickle Toasted Sub, or one of the classic Hickory’s or Chicken Burgers paired with a homemade soda for just £11.99.
Available Monday – Friday until 2pm.

From the Bar
Whether it's after-work beers or pre-dinner cocktails, the bar is a laid-back local hangout. Offering everything from Homemade Milkshakes, Sodas, and Lemonades to Signature Cocktails & Southern Spritz options, plus an extensive spirits collection (including over 25 Bourbons!) – whatever the choice, they’ve got it covered.

Thank Hick’s It’s Friday!
What better way to celebrate the end of the week than by listening to the sounds of the Deep South with a cocktail in hand? Enjoy incredible Cocktail Shakin' Deals with 2 cocktails for £12 from 4pm-9pm every Friday.

For the young ‘uns...
The kid’s menu has been specially designed with input from Mums, Dads, and kids, ensuring the perfect balance of treats, healthy options, and fun. It’s packed with dishes and drinks for smaller appetites, from classic mac 'n' cheese to burgers and popcorn chicken bites, as well as smaller versions of all the shakes. The cinema room and fro-co station are available to keep the little ones entertained too!

All that's left to do is decide what to order, then sit back, relax, and let the team take care of everything.

They can’t wait to welcome you soon!
