Bonfire Night at the Engine Yard, Belvoir Castle’s family friendly bonfire night celebration, is returning on Friday 1st November for an unforgettable evening.

A breathtaking fireworks display will be lighting up the night sky during the event where friends and family can marvel at the sounds, lights and colours illuminating the backdrop of the 11th century Belvoir Castle.

Twice British Firework Champion winners MLE Pyrotechnics will be creating a bespoke 15-minute firework display for Belvoir Castle. The father and son team are one of the UK’s leading pyrotechnic events companies and have previously competed at Belvoir Castle’s firework championships hosted during the summer months.
What To Expect
Guests can arrive from 5pm on Friday 1st November and a bonfire will be lit at 6:30pm to commemorate the national observation inspired by the infamous gunpowder plot.
Families and friends can make an evening of it enjoying a variety of food and drink options in the Belvoir Bistro’s outdoor kitchens whilst sitting outside under the November night sky.
The stylish Belvoir Castle Retail Village will be open throughout the evening for gifting and Christmas shopping, providing the perfect opportunity to purchase presents in a stress-free environment however Belvoir Castle’s new animal park will be closed during the Bonfire Night celebrations.
Times & Prices
Fireworks will begin at 8pm and prices are £15 for adults, £10 for children (aged 3-16) and £45 for a family ticket (up to two adults and three children). Parking will also be free from 5pm in the main castle car park.
