1. Nottingham Panthers vs Lausitzer Füchse

The Nottingham Panthers are the only professional ice hockey team in the East Midlands. Playing out of the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, Panthers’ games provide an atmosphere like no other and it’s suitable for all ages, whether you’re looking to start your night with something different or spend some time with the family.
2. The Smiths Ltd

The Smiths Ltd was formed in Manchester, UK – the hometown of The Smiths. Committed to getting the same energy that Morrissey, Johnny Marr, Andy Rourke and Mike Joyce had onstage together, the band are also obsessed about getting that live sound just right.
The band have played in front of a 2,500 capacity crowd at The Manchester Academy, 4,000 on the main stage at Bestival, Camp Bestival, Kendal Calling and 15,000 at Spike Island The Resurrection. If you never saw The Smiths then this is your chance to experience the thrill of those great songs played live. If you were lucky enough to see them first time around then prepare to relive that excitement again.

3. Live at the Hall featuring Razorlight

Live at the Hall brings together an all-star line-up featuring Razorlight, Feeder, The Pigeon Detectives, and The Sherlocks.
Headliners Razorlight will deliver a powerhouse performance that will have the crowd on their feet. The British indie rock band known for hits like America and In The Morning will be taking to the stage to deliver a high-energy performance that is sure to captivate the audience, with their infectious melodies and dynamic stage presence.
Joining them are Feeder, known for their hits like Buck Rogers and Feeling a Moment. The Pigeon Detectives and The Sherlocks will also be bringing their indie-rock sounds to the stage, promising an evening of non-stop entertainment and excitement.
4. Games Day
Friday 30th August | Green's Windmill and Science Centre | 10am – 4pm | FREE
Join in the fun at the Green's Windmill Games Day! Can you knock down all the skittles, construct the soma cube or beat the windmill buzzer? There'll also be giant connect 4 and giant snakes and ladders, and ping-pong too to name a few more! Plus, the bubble machine will be in action, it's always a winner!
There's no need to book, just turn up. Games will be in the millyard and community garden. The science centre and windmill will be open as usual too.
This is a FREE event, but donations to the mill are welcome.
5. MICHAEL | The Magic of Michael Jackson
Friday 30th August | Binks Yard, Nottingham | 6:30pm-10pm | Tickets starting from £15
On Friday 30th August expect Binks Yard to come alive with the electrifying and iconic dance moves of Michael Jackson, brought to you by the worlds number one tribute, direct from the West End.
The show will feature the official tour dancers and you will truly believe you are watching Michael Jackson himself.
