1. Rothesay Open Nottingham

The 2024 Rothesay Open Nottingham will be held at the Lexus Nottingham Tennis Centre from Saturday 8th - Sunday 16th June.
The player list includes Katie Boulter (GBR), the current women's British No.1 tennis player, Dan Evans (GBR), who achieved a career-high of world No.21 in singles in 2023 and world No.52 in the doubles in 2021 and Liam Broady (GBR), the current British No.5.
2. Trial By Jury
Friday 7th June | Renaissance at Kelham Hall | Arrival 7pm | £60 per person
Immerse yourself in an evening of suspense and questioning at Trial By Jury - a dining experience like no other.
As you dine, you will be entertained by a humorous legal case presented between courses. Laughter and suspense will intertwine, creating an atmosphere of intrigue.
Engage in lively discussions, analyse the evidence, and decide - guilty or not guilty. Each jury will then present their verdict to the Clerk of the Court.
Will justice prevail, or will the twists in the case leave everyone guessing?
3. Em-Con 2024

EM-Con returns for 2024 with a show that’s set to be out of this world. There will be the usual mix of celebrity guests, cos-players, attractions, traders and Film & TV props coming together for the most exciting show in the galaxy, and the biggest Comic Con event in the East Midlands!

4. Nottingham Poetry Festival 2024
Friday 7th - Sunday 16th June | Various Venues | Various Prices
This year’s Nottingham Poetry Festival is a supersized 10 days of blistering performances, open mics, workshops, panels and community events that will see people unite together across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
The annual celebration of words features some of the UK’s leading poets, including Linton Kwesi Johnson, Hollie McNish, Michael Pedersen, Luke Wright, Anthony Joseph and Henry Normal - along with a huge array of homegrown talent, open mics, panels and workshops, exhibitions and free poetry books from the city’s independent publishers.
You’ll not want to miss the Manjit Sahota performing poetry while roving the National Justice Museum!
5. Summer Craft Fair Contemporary 2024
Friday 7th – Sunday 9th June | Nottingham Contemporary | Free
Nottingham Contemporary are thrilled to be returning with their Summer Craft Fair, taking place this weekend, with a preview evening on Friday 7th June. Held in the large performance Space, this Craft Fair will showcase over 35 stalls.
Nottingham Contemporary are well established for their successful fairs, attracting visitors from Nottingham and beyond. The Craft Fair will showcase a fantastic range of different specialisms including textiles, print, jewellery, ceramics, homeware, stationery and more. They attract a wide variety of talented makers from the East Midlands as well as many brilliant designers from across the country.
