1. Winter Wonderland - Christmas in Nottingham

Winter Wonderland returns to Nottingham this week, bringing the magic this Christmas earlier than usual! Nottingham’s premier Christmas entertainment attraction will once again include the Ice Rink and Sky Skate ice path, plus the popular Ice Bar, Sur La Piste and Altitude ski bars.
Nottingham’s main Christmas tree will again be the focal point of this year’s event, which looks even more magical from the top of the observation wheel that will stand in front of the Council House, offering views across the twinkling lights of the city.

2. Disney On Ice presents 100 Years of Wonder

3. Lustre - Beautiful things for you and your home

This much-anticipated contemporary craft fair returns just in time for Christmas with 50 of today's top designer-makers and craft artists from around the country. All exhibitors are hand-picked to give you the best in covetable, collectable craft, showcasing jewellery, textiles, ceramics, glass, leather, wood and much, much more.
This is a great opportunity to buy or commission unique gifts direct from the makers, and talk to them about their work and making process.

If you love handmade, beautiful things, then Lustre is a must! It is the perfect opportunity to get ahead of your Christmas shopping, or treat yourself to something special. If you can’t make it this weekend, you can also join them on Saturday 11th or Sunday 12th November.
4. Saturday Afternoon – Unplugged
Saturday 11th November | Peggy's Skylight | Doors from 12pm | Free entry
Join Peggy’s informal Saturday afternoon session where musicians play and food & drink is served.
Their musicians will perform in relaxed acoustic setting enabling you to chat, drink & dine. It’s also a great opportunity to sample their delicious menu, which takes inspiration from Lebanon, North Africa and Cyprus, following in the footsteps of the Jazz Ambassadors and replicating some of the dishes they might have encountered on their travels.
Who is this for?
Pop in while shopping or take a break from your usual weekend routine at this independent jazz bar in the heart of Nottingham. This is a wonderful way to spend some quality time with a loved one, or even a unique date to enjoy with someone special. You can catch other Unplugged sessions on 18th and 25th November later this month.
5. Myths and Legends with the Master at Arms
Saturday 11th November I RSPB Sherwood Forest | 1pm - 2.30pm | Price: £5 (£4 for RSPB members)
Join William De Tankerville, The Sheriff of Nottingham’s Master at Arms, as he takes you on a tour of the majestic Greenwood, sharing stories of medieval life and the villainous Robin Hood.
William has become very familiar with Sherwood while on the hunt for Robin Hood and knows the most beautiful pathways... and the deadliest! Although do not fear good citizens of Nottingham, not even the dastardly Hood would dare take on the Sheriffs most experienced warrior.
This walk will take you on a journey through the forest, hearing the tales of its most legendary inhabitant and medieval life.
Who is this for?
This is a wonderful way to reconnect with nature, and a lovely day out for those who are interested in medieval history or the legend of Robin Hood. The walk will last approximately 90 minutes, so the venue asks that you bring suitable clothing and footwear. You can also join the event on Saturday 25th November if you can’t make it this weekend.
