If you love fine cheese then what could be better than learning to make your own? This week, the renowned School of Artisan Food is giving you the opportunity to do just that - and today we are giving one lucky person the chance to win a place on the course. The world of cheese making may seem a little daunting but this two-day introductory course, which takes place on Friday and Saturday, will take you through the process step by step, from the difference between raw and pasteurised milk to the maturing process. You will also have a go at producing a range of soft cheeses, including mozzarella, halloumi, paneer, feta and ricotta. The School of Artisan Food is located on the beautiful Welbeck Estate in north Nottinghamshire, which produces its own cheese, Stichelton, a raw milk blue cheese. Why not pick some up from the Farm Shop during your visit? Please note this competition is now closed.
