Free admission. £10 special event parking charge
Prepare for an all-action weekend at Sherwood Forest this May Bank Holiday, with the Gathering of the North. Brought to Robin Hood's home by Fireside Events, this will be a Tournament of Champions, with the joust and hand-to-hand combat determining the greatest warrior in the forest.
It will be like stepping back in time to Middle Ages, with the entertainment and trading village truly evoking the era.
