Meet the jolly old man himself, share your Christmas wishes, and capture precious memories. Surrounded by twinkling lights and the spirit of the season, your little ones will be captivated by the enchantment of Santa’s magical world.
With cosy corners for storytelling and delightful decorations, our Grotto is the perfect place to create unforgettable Christmas memories. For 2024 our Santa's Grotto is open from 21st to 24th December.
Booking is essential.
If your child is aged 5 or under, the accompanying adult can use the skating pass and take the child skating as children of this age skate for free.
If your child is aged 5 & over, the ice skating pass will be included for the child, should any adult wish to accompany their child on the ice will need to purchase an adult skating ticket.
Babies in arms, under the age of 12 months, do not require a ticket when accompanied by a paying sibling. Babies under 12 months without a paying sibling will require a “5 & UNDER” ticket. Due to the nature of the gifts, babies will not be allocated a gift.
