View every room of the library on a fully guided tour of the building's three floors.* Discover the collections, hear about secrets from the shelves and members from the past, and enjoy the historic features of this literary gem, established in 1816 and occupying our Georgian town house home for over two centuries.
At the end of your visit view some of the library's unique and rare books and learn more about how they care for the collections. Explore the walled garden as part of your visit.

Expect to be at the library for around 1 hour 30 minutes, which will provide time for photos, opportunity to visit the literary gift shop and meet some of the team who help keep this historic library running.
