These workshops are free but do require you to book.
You're invited to drop into our Creative Courtyard and make something inspired by the museum collection.
Friday 7 Feb - From Paper to Fabric
With artist Paula Daniel Pontes, you will work with transfer paint to create a design on paper, inspired by the Picture This: Hope Exhibition, and then print your design onto fabric.
Friday 14 Feb - Love & Hope
In this workshop with Mary Broddle, you will embroider a heart motif and have the opportunity to personalise your design to reflect something or someone you love.
Friday 21 Feb - Hope In A Frame
Creating 3D frames from clay to hold mirrors as a symbol of your personal hopefulness with Kiesha Gibson.
Friday 28 Feb - Reflection and Renewal
Wingshan Smith will guide you through the creative practices and magical rituals that encourage reflection and the planting of new seeds of hope.
Our creative sessions are free and open to all. Join us to make and create together and contribute to our growing museum! The sessions will be led by artists, makers, and writers, all influenced by this unique museum.
