Join the education and curatorial department of The National Holocaust Centre and Museum this half term on 24th and 29th October for a Family-Friendly workshop. These hour sessions from 11:00-12:00 will focus on the religious celebration of Rosh Hashanah, Jewish New Year, and Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement

Explore these religious festivals and their customs using all your senses, including taste and touch. Sample traditional Jewish foods served during this celebrations, understand the powerful messages and teachings linked to Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, and learn about how religious Jewish people celebrate through testimony and object handling.
