Join the team at Nottingham Cathedral for some fun, creative, arts and crafts sessions for families. Held on Saturday 9th and 16th of September as part of the national Heritage Open Days events, the new drop in activities are open to everyone.
Call in anytime between 11:30am and 3pm to have a go at designing your own stained glass hanging decoration to take home, or a stencil inspired by our Restoring Pugin project.
A designated Quiet Hour will be held between 10:30am and 11:30am on both Saturdays for any families with additional needs that may want to participate at a quieter time of the day.
All activities are free and suitable for ages 3 to 12. Funded generously by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
Activities will be held in the Cathedral Hall however the Cathedral will also be open and materials available for self-guided tours. There will also be a small exhibition of the Cathedral's treasures along with guided tours and talks.
