Gingerbread Christmas Trail
Saturday 30 November - Sunday 22 December 2024 (weekends only)
Wollaton Hall & Deer Park
Half-hourly slots are available to book from 11am until 3.30pm
Discover Santa or his helpers at Wollaton's festive-themed ‘Gingerbread Christmas Trail’ with a self-led walk through the lower basement of Wollaton Hall.
Decorated in the theme of a ‘Gingerbread Christmas', a team of Santa’s helpers can be found throughout the route to meet you too. You and your family will have the opportunity to see Santa or his friends in Santa’s Workshop. Children will receive a gift as part of their visit.
Children (1-15): £12
Adults: £6
Babies under 12 months: Free
Entrance: The entrance route is signposted from the red phone box. Make your way up to the lakeside West Entrance of the Hall. The self-led tour begins from this entrance, and there may be a queuing system in place during busier periods, so please allow extra time for your visit. Download a sitemap here.
Accessibility: The indoor route does include steps throughout, as it takes visitors on a route of the Hall’s below stairs. Visitors are encouraged to avoid bringing prams or buggies, where possible. They may need to be stored in an indoor holding area upon arrival - this is due to the historical nature of the building.
