Notts County Foundation is the official charity of Notts County Football Club and aims to serve the local community by harnessing the power of physical activity to transform the lives of people across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
The charity delivers a range of innovative physical, mental, and emotional health-focussed programmes that raise aspirations and support some of the most disadvantaged, marginalised, and talented people across the city and county.
Notts County Foundation is committed to providing high-quality, accessible, and lifechanging development opportunities to a wide range of groups that; positively impact people’s health, improve confidence and skills, increase implementation and sustainment of positive behaviours, and deliver enjoyment to participants of all ages, genders, abilities, disabilities, and aptitudes.
Notts County Foundation also manages the Portland Centre – a community leisure facility in the heart of the Meadows. The Portland Centre offers local people the opportunity to improve their health and wellbeing via its range of facilities, including a fully functional gym and cardio suite, sports hall, squash courts, and swimming pool. Monthly memberships start from as little as £15 per person.
