A perfect base from which to explore Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, with plenty to see and do within easy travelling distance.
Orchard Hill Farm is very popular for its tranquility and relaxing atmosphere. The family farm is located just 300m (a short walk) from the village, where there is a local public house serving good meals.
The farm is surrounded by pleasant country lanes and public footpaths across the local fields and woods. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, with the highest land point taking in all aspects for miles around.
The two holiday cottages comprise of The Granary & Swallows Flight, both sleep 2 people, each having one double bedroom with Swallows Flights offering a king size bed The Granery boasts a large en-suite/walk in shower, basin and WC. Swallows flight has a bath with overhead shower, bedit, basin and WC. Both offer spacious sitting rooms with dining areas and kitchens. These are both underfloor heated.
All Orchard Hill Farm's accommodation has been sympathetically renovated to an open plan nature, this retains it’s country feel and charm, with traditional country furnishings. Making it a lovely base for a year round break.
The Granary
This delightful cottage was originally the grain store for our working livestock and arable farm, but has now been lovingly transformed into a cosy rural retreat. This lovely ground floor apartment has underfloor heating throughout, making it warm and cosy no matter what time of year you visit. A perfect retreat for couples.
The open plan living area has every comfort on hand with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area, from which you can enjoy a timeless view of the orchard.

Swallow's Flight
This lovely first floor apartment sits above 'The Granary', go through the entrance hall and up an open oak crafted staircase, which leads you to the light and refreshing open plan sitting and dining area, with a birds eye view to the southern orchard and fully equipped kitchen including modern appliances. A wooden under heated floor with sound proofing retention makes this accommodation a private, warm and cosy retreat whatever time of year.
One double bedroom (sleeps 2), a lovely bathroom of natural marble and granite, includes a bath/over shower, bidet, basin with full lit mirror, WC and heated towel rail. There is also a shared annexe/utility which includes a washing machine.
There is a shared grass area and yard, along with ample lorned seating area.
Prices start from £250 per week which is variable.
Short breaks are available on request at £223 all year.
