About

The award-winning Nottingham Tourism Centre is centrally located on Smithy Row, just off the Old Market, Square.  

The friendly team have a wealth of knowledge about Nottingham and are always happy to provide visitors with information about events and attractions, accommodation and transport around the county.  

Nottingham Forest Football Club have expanded their offering at the Tourism Centre this year! Find all the best Forest related merchandise, fully personalised kits and Tricky Tree trinkets.

Arm yourself with all the Nottingham knowledge with a range of free maps and guides to help you find your way around the city, as well as a wealth of brochures and leaflets showing what's on and things to do in Nottingham. 

You can also book tickets for a variety of Nottinghamshire attractions, including concerts at St Mary's Church and tours with the multi award-winning Ezekial Bone

Why not pick up a copy of our Visitor Guide while you're there? It has all the info you need to explore Nottingham and Nottinghamshire including things to see and do, places to stay, eat, and drink, and much more!

Find a range of great gifts and souvenirs made locally, inspired by Nottingham, or are from local independent businesses. A great way to remember your trip to the city and there is always something representing our local hero Robin Hood!

Nottingham Travel Centre is now located in the same building and aims to provide the best possible public transport service for the people of Nottingham. Top up your existing travel card, apply for or renew your concessionary card and order a season or Pay As You Go card at the centre.

*Please note that the Travel Centre are closed on Saturday and process their last transaction at 5:15pm on weekdays.
