Submit Event
Submit your event to Visit Nottinghamshire by completing the form below, ensuring all boxes are completed according to the 5 guidelines and landscape images with no text or logos on them are provided. Your event will then be reviewed by the team and approved if it is suitable for inclusion on the online What's On guide.
Please note that by submitting an image you confirm that either have the copyright for the image or have permission from the copyright holder to use the image for promotional purposes.
Guidelines:
1. Events cannot be added unless high quality images are provided. Images MUST be landscape orientation, and at least 1220 x 713 pixels. Images should not include text, and artwork banners will not be accepted.
2. Events must be appealing to a tourist.
3. The event description should be ideally 300 words or more, and NOT written in the first person i.e. no 'we', 'us' or 'our'.
4. Please include date, location and cost information in the below format at the beginning of the 'Description' section:
- Date | Year | Time
- Location
- Price
5. Only events organised and/or managed by businesses that are a member of Visit Nottinghamshire can be submitted.
Please Note: Visit Nottinghamshire reserves the right to reject or edit any event submissions. Please ensure the 5 guidelines below are followed, otherwise your event will be rejected.
