Mesa, Nottingham

About

Mesa is a restaurant concentrating on sharing plates, wood fired cooking and menus following seasonal produce. An open kitchen allows customers to enjoy the theatre of chefs cooking in a busy restaurant.

With menus changing regularly, Mesa aims to mix up cuisines with no set style. The team work closely with local producers to showcase what they have to offer from native breed beef to fresh fish and seasonal vegetables. The main aspect of the kitchen is based heavily around cooking both meat and vegetables over live fire and using that to bring out great flavours you wouldn’t normally expect. The chefs pride themselves on ensuring the menu suits a wide audience, including those who are vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. With a large wine menu and craft beer selection to compliment the menu.

Mesa aims to be a place to enjoy contemporary fusion style sharing plates in a relaxed and ambient setting.

Book online in advance via the Mesa website.
