Enjoy a day learning to weave with expert tutor Sarah who will demonstrate and set you on your way with the weaving technique. The class will take place in our 100sqm craft barn where you will take in the beautiful surrounding views of Hanwell Wine Estate for inspiration.

The workshop is a sociable introduction to weaving and includes a homemade 2-course lunch served with local wine, plus refreshments throughout the day. All tools and materials for the day will be provided, so just bring yourself!

Depending on the complexity of your design you may not complete it in the day but you will take the frame with you to continue your project.
Weaving is a satisfying versatile hobby, create table mats, wall hangings, purses and handbags from materials like ribbons, plastic, string, boucle or rovings (unspun wool).
