The Orsino Ensemble is a flexible ensemble with a central focus on five outstanding wind players: Adam Walker, flute, Nicholas Daniels, oboe, Matthew Hunt, clarinet, Amy Harman, bassoon and Alec Frank Gemmil, horn.
Leaders in their field, the group's members are committed to showcasing the depth and versatility of the wind chamber repertoire. Nielsen's Wind Quintet combines some of the most glorious music written for winds with an affectionate portrait of the musicians he was writing for.
