This eight-strong group (strings, bass, percussion and piano) have a bold, uplifting and open-minded approach to music. Their performances are expansive and explosive explorations of a wide range of repertoire. Expect to hear a new spin on CPE Bach, the drive and groove of music by John Harle, Anna Meredith and Barbara Thompson, folk infusions and the soaring beauty of music by Sakamoto, JS Bach and maybe even some Björk. The ensemble's unique perspective finds emotional through lines in music spanning centuries.
