Join Hanwell Wine Estate for a relaxing half day session learning how to make handmade felted bunting using wool fibres and the needle felting method. This is a dry felting process so no soap or water in this Felting Workshop. The workshop is located in the Rural Antics Craft Barn at Hanwell Wine Estate which offers beautiful views of the Nottinghamshire countryside.
The session will be led by local Artist and Feltmaker Rachel who will guide you through each step. Once the bunting shape is formed wool yarns are needle felted onto the bunting surface to create your own spring felt bunting..
They make the perfect handmade home decoration for Easter and springtime. By the end of your session, you will not only have learnt a new skill but have the confidence to make more at home if you wish.
