Fancy some gymnastic family fun this half term? Then this is the workshop for you!
This fun family acro workshop ran by Laurie and Kev, aka acroredheads, is for adults with children aged 6+ to work together learning acrobalance.
Starting with some pairs synchro activities, basics and fundamentals, this workshop is suitable for all levels including beginners. Throughout the workshop you will explore L base and standing acro tricks and poses with your partner.
As this is a family workshop parents should book and stay (and are thoroughly encouraged to get involved!) For health and safety reasons there is a maximum of 2 children per adult, for example 3 children would need 2 accompanying adults.
