Bridlesmith Walk

Blink and you might miss the entrance to Bridlesmith Walk, just off Bridesmith Gate, but its worth a wander up this unassuming walkway. Built in 1882 and formerly known as King John's Arcade, the passage connects the bustling shopping street of Bridlesmith Gate and Weekday Cross, where you can find the Lace Market Tram stop and Nottingham Contemporary. With a cheerful rainbow coloured roof and several independent shops to explore, this is one of Nottingham's many secret passageways.
