Iberico restaurant world tapas, never disappointing and great for lunch. Try Hart's for a special occasion or for something more simple Carluccio's, which also has a deli selling their fantastic wild boar sauce. Tilt Bar and Blues Club, perfect for unwinding with a cocktail during happy hour, try the Bloody Mary with Stilton for a surprising twist.  Nottingham Contemporary bar which hosts the city’s own award winning beers from Castle Rock brewery – as does the Kean’s Head, a friendly traditional pub in the Lace Market. For shopping take a stroll round Paul Smith’s flagship shop, even if you aren’t buying you can enjoy the grandeur of this three storey Georgian townhouse." Nottingham Contemporary has been nominated for the Sunday Telegraph Family Friendly Museum Award. You can find out more information about the awards at http://www.telegraph.co.uk/family/familyadvice/9075182/Best-museums-for-children.html Nottingham Contemporary is open Tuesday to Sunday and is currently showing Model Studies, an exhibition by German artist Thomas Demand.
