Swing Cats

From Barcelona, one of the most versatile and seductive vocal bands to appear on Spain's jazz scene, evoking the great jazz voices and composers of the 30s and 40s, such as Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington, George Gershwin and Chet Baker.

The Swing Cats are a jazz-swing band dedicated to capturing the spirit and soul of the most authentic sounds of the 1930s and 1940s.

Based in Barcelona, these four musicians, with their solid background and experience playing together, take us on a dreamy journey back to the golden swing era with their beautiful and evocative melodies.

Lineup
Jacqueline Djohar – vocals
Marc Masagué – guitar, vocals
Joan Subirats – tenor sax, clarinet
Pere Loewe – double bass
