This restorative class will focus on physical and mental well-being.
It will consist of mindful exercises to reduce tension and promote full body strength, mobility and balance. It will build the basics to strengthen the deep muscles that keep our backs strong and transform our core. It will help you to feel calm, gain flexibility, and have pain-free movement. The class will celebrate and promote the joy, flow and somatic aspects of movement and dance!
Suitable for ages 18 and over. Open to anyone who would benefit from a gentler class, regardless of experience or mobility.
Pilates mats are provided.
