This re-energising full-body workout will make you feel strong all over and free your limbs for more optimal movement.

In this mindful movement program, based on mat and vertical Pilates, you will tune in to your body to work from head to toe. All areas of the body are treated as an integrated system where each part affects the other. The class will celebrate and promote the joy, flow and somatic aspects of movement and dance! You will leave feeling taller, stronger and energized. Ideal for a quick burst of movement on your lunch break.

Suitable for ages 18 and over. Beginners or regular pilates goers welcome.

Pilates mats are provided.
