Enjoy hours of laughter with these incredible acts :
Andy Gleeks (MC)
Having been on the circuit for four years now, Andy Gleeks has established himself as an act who delivers, firstly and foremost, as a 'natural MC' (Geoff Whiting), who 'effortlessly engages the audience…with 'warmth and charm' (House of Stand-up). He can be trusted to steer a night into, and through, funny waters each and every time, due to his 'cracking ad libs' (Notts Comedy Review).
When not mcing, Andy has a bulletproof club set, high on gags, focusing on his past and present lives in Ireland and England. His conversational and anecdotal style is rip roaringly self deprecating, and Andy enjoys 'flitting seamlessly between topical and observational comedy' (Lassman Productions) and has a real facility for language, but, above all, self laceration. Andy works on a variety of bills and is an act who all audiences warm to due to his relaxed style, confident delivery, his searing honesty, his quick wit, his 'great turn of phrase' his 'good comedy mind' (Glee Club), but most of all his idiocy (Andy Gleeks). He is definitely an act considered 'one to watch' (House of Stand-up).
But most of all, he is an act who is, undoubtedly, a fan of commas.
"it's clear you've been doing this a very long time" Tony Hadley, Spandau Ballet
Obie (Headliner)
Obie has been on the circuit for 20 years in Scotland. He headlines gigs all over the country and has performed shows all over the world including Australia, Germany and Ireland. Obie is highly regarded as one of the most naturally talented comedians on the circuit today. His shows are filled with surreal journeys, observations and a bit of philosophy of life. As well as having brilliant material Obie can easily change gears and go off on a riff and react rapidly to what's going on in the room.
Obie headlines gigs for a number of clubs around the country and abroad. A list of these clubs include:- Yesbar Comedy Club, Cross my laugh comedy, The Monkey Barrel, Lady Shona Comedy, Enterteasement and many more.
Obie has also headlined gigs around Europe including Nutty Annitas in Amsterdam and Cosmic comedy in Berlin.
As well as being a regular headliner around these clubs Obie is a very competent compere and easily sets up a room well for other comics. Obie has also been touring solo shows for 12 years and has built up a regular audience at the Edinburgh Festival. He has also regularly performs solo shows around the country and as far away as Australia.
Outside of performing comedy Obie also runs comedy workshops where he not only teaches people how to perform and write stand up, he also helps them with skills that help improve confidence in everyday life.
Harvey Hawkins (Opener)
Harvey started performing comedy in 2015 and soon had a rapid rise up the comedy ladder. By the end of 2016 he had won the Birmingham Breaking Talent Award (chosen by Steve Bennett of Chortle and Jasper Carrott) and had been nominated for the BBC New Comedy Award, leading to performing live on BBC R4. Now as a more experienced act, Harvey performs comedy at some of the biggest clubs all over the country including The Comedy Store in London, Glee Clubs and many others.
"Razor sharp punchlines delivered with great skill. Highly recommended" – Paul Sinha (Taskmaster, The Chase, Celebrity Gogglebox)
" Harvey Hawkins is one of my go to acts. I've booked him for numerous shows and he always delivers. Excellent jokes and a strong stage persona combine to make him an audience favourite" – Castle Comedy
"Slick and wry observational comedy" – Steve Bennett, Chortle
"Harvey is very talented. Promoters get him on your bills whilst you still can" – Scott Bennett (Live At the Apollo)
Mel Byron (Middle)
Mel has combined being a comedian and performer with working in marketing and sales. She has performed in comedy clubs and spoken word nights across London and the South, including a period MCing and running her own night, Comedy Cornucopia, in Bloomsbury. She has also MC'd for the prestigious spoken word organisation, Apples & Snakes.
Much of Mel's working life has been spent presenting to meetings and conferences, injecting humour into product launches and sales breakdowns.
Mel's comedy style is warm and inclusive and I love audience interaction. Being a more mature comedian gives her a particular outlook on life, and her style works well with a mature audience, as well as the younger demographic you might expect at comedy shows.
Karoshi, Mel's first Edinburgh Fringe show, is a labour of love, combining her comedy skills with a fun, informative, accessible presentation. After Edinburgh, Mel plans to take the show to venues and festivals across the country.

Please be advised that these comedy line-ups are subject to change. The talented comedians are in high demand and, on occasion, may need to cancel at short notice for television or radio recordings, among other reasons. Rest assured, the venue will always provide a replacement act of similar quality to ensure that our guests receive a great overall show experience.
While most of the guests come for the entire show, they understand that some may be traveling to see a particular comedian. If that's the case, it isrecommend checking the venue website on the day of the show or joining their mailing list to receive the latest updates on any changes to the line-up. They are committed to providing our guests with the best possible experience, and we thank you for your understanding.
